Welcome to Bentley Stay. By accessing or using our website and booking services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.
Bentley Stay provides curated short-term rental experiences by managing properties on behalf of owners. We facilitate bookings and guest experiences but are not the direct property owners.
All bookings are requested through our website.
Guests must:
Select desired dates
Submit a booking request
Bentley Stay will review availability and respond within 12–24 hours with confirmation details, payment instructions, and property information.
A reservation is only confirmed once full payment has been received.
All payments must be made in full upfront
Payments are processed via PayPal
Currency: USD (United States Dollars)
Failure to complete payment within the specified time may result in cancellation of the booking request.
All bookings are non-refundable.
Once payment has been made, cancellations, date changes, or no-shows will not be eligible for refunds under any circumstances.
We strongly recommend guests ensure their travel plans are confirmed before booking.
By booking with Bentley Stay, guests agree to:
Respect the property and its contents
Comply with all house rules
Ensure all guests behave appropriately
Guests are fully responsible for:
Any damage to the property
Missing items
Violations of rules
Additional charges may apply for damages, excessive cleaning, or rule violations.
To maintain the quality and integrity of the property, the following rules apply:
No parties or events
Maximum of 8 guests
No smoking
No pets allowed
Quiet hours begin at 11:00 PM
Check-in from 4:00PM to 12:00AM
Check-out before 10:00AM
Failure to comply may result in:
Immediate termination of the stay
Additional charges
Loss of booking without refund
Full list of House Rules will be provided once booking is complete.
Bentley Stay acts as a booking facilitator and property manager.
We are not liable for:
Guest injuries or accidents during the stay
Loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings
Actions or behavior of guests
Guests assume full responsibility for their use of the property and agree to use it in a safe and respectful manner.
We strive to provide accurate property descriptions and details. However, minor variations may occur.
Bentley Stay is not responsible for:
External factors (weather, neighborhood noise, local conditions)
Events outside our control
Bentley Stay reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings at our discretion, particularly in cases of:
Suspected misuse
Violation of terms
Incomplete or inaccurate information
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
